Ice Cream Manufacturing Support Intern

Employment Type: Full-time, temporary (appox. 2-3 months)

Classification : Hourly, non-exempt

STATEMENT OF DUTIES

Support Perry’s operational performance metric generation/dashboards and create instructional content that will support continuous education initiatives. Leverage software that elevates frontline team members reach their full potential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (include, but are not limited to) :

Performance Metric Management

+ Collaborate with the primary user to determine performance metrics and reporting requirements.

+ Work with the SQL database manager to integrate data sources effectively and troubleshoot issues.

+ Provide input on dashboard layouts and visualizations for optimal usability.

+ Refine and complete existing Power BI reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and user-friendly design.

Training Content Creation

+ Create dynamic visual aids for operational training initiatives.

+ Assist with cataloguing training content using QR code technology.

+ Work with training leadership team to ensure timely completion of training assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Experience in Power BI report creation, and data modeling.

+ Enough understanding of databases (i.e., SQL) to effectively work with database administrators to source and structure data.

+ Experience with visual content creation.

Job Requirements:

+ Ability to organize and manage work while gaining consensus and ownership with decisiveness and timeliness.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centered reports.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 hourly rate commensurate with skills and experience
