As an HVAC Journeyman Fitter here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems and provide high-quality service to our customers. You will report directly to our HVAC Supervisor and you'll work out of our designated location in on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the comfort and safety of our customers by ensuring that HVAC systems are functioning properly and efficiently. You will be accountable for installing and maintaining HVAC equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and performing necessary repairs. This is a union role.

+ Valid Driver’s License - will drive company vehicle

YOU MUST HAVE

+ High School Diploma, or equivalent

+ 2+ years of experience as journeyman fitter servicing or installing HVAC systems to include: ventilating, boilers, burners,

+ A/C units, chillers, exhaust fan etc.

+ Refrigeration License

+ Welding experience

+ Oil Burner License

+ OSHA 10 certification

+ Must be a member of Local 716

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments for field service technicians

+ Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and customer information

+ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

+ Provide administrative support to the field service team as needed

WE VALUE

+ Previous HVAC industry experience

+ Previous technical/installation experience

+ Previous customer service experience

+ Good written and oral communication

+ Ability to follow instructions

+ BMS controls experience.
