As an Assembly & Test Tech Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of complex electronic systems. You will be accountable for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by following established procedures and specifications. With your expertise in assembly and testing, you will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers.
You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our assembly and testing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work with a team of technicians to assemble and test electronic systems, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure that all products meet customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform assembly and testing of complex electronic systems according to established procedures and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing process.
• Ensure that all products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve assembly and testing processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing activities.
• Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines.

• Previous experience in assembly and testing of electronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of assembly and testing procedures and specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the assembly and testing process.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
