As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell you will develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve project delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables will be a key part of your role. You will monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and provide guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you will work out of our Centennial, Colorado location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, your expertise in project management and your ability to drive results and meet demanding goals will play a crucial role in the company's success and its ability to deliver high-quality solutions to its customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and Engineering and field resources to ensure successful execution of projects
• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve project delivery
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Provide guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
The annual base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 8+ years of experience in Project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong guidance and people management skills
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Commercial Project Management experience.
