    This position will support our Fluorine Products (FP) business through working on regulatory and business compliance needs. This role reports into the FP business mgmt. team and will work on various analytical, data aggregation, regulatory, and business planning activities.

     

    You will report directly to our Business Development Manager and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, Houston TX or Baton Rouge location on a hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will work across multiple functions to ensure compliance with the AIM (American Innovation and Manufacturing) Act by aggregating data, analyzing the movement of goods, and submitting reports to relevant regulatory agencies. You will also manage the business quota plan and ensure periodic annual audits from regulatory agencies are effectively and correctly completed.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

    + Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape

    + Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or related roles

    + Experience in Excel and SAP

    + Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

    + Attention to detail

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree

    + Experience with the EPA, environmental compliance, AIM audit, or the annual Ontario HSP audit

    + Background in compliance activities

    + Experience conducting market research and analysis

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams

    + Understanding of business development principles and practices

    + Strong influencing skills and ability to work independently
