The Role at a glance:

We are seeking to add a motivated Food Manager Trainee worker to our corrections team in Roseville, CA. As a Manager Trainee, you will have the chance to perform various tasks, acquire different skills, and engage with a diverse clientele daily in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

+ Effective oral and written communication skills.

+ Must be able to move and transfer objects up to 30 pounds unassisted.

+ The ability to handle a high level of daily repetitive motion with hands and arms in food preparation and delivery activities.

+ Strong computer skills are essential.

+ Previous experience in a large-scale food service environment is preferred.

+ Prepares and serves meals at assigned locations.

+ Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation practices.

+ Processes all on- line food and stock requisitions.

+ Maintains inventory of assigned locations.

+ Supervises and trains

+ Completes a variety of reports as necessary and requested by the management team.

+ Follows the daily menu and practices good customer service skills.

+ Attends required meetings and in-service trainings.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay:

$30.00 per hour
