    Job Summary

    At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world class customer service. We currently have a new opportunity for a highly detailed Quality Engineer Lead / Manufacturing Quality Lead to join our team. This hands-on role will be pivotal in ensuring SuperATV’s continued growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

    Primary Duties

    • Review, measure and analyze current and new product designs and samples.

    • Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to prevent problems from occurring and drive continuous improvement for ALL areas.

    • Conduct inspections of product based upon customer complaints driving to eliminate further problems from shipping to our customers.

    • Develop, update, and prepare countermeasures to quality problems. Also develop or update quality documentation, corrective actions, data collection etc. to monitor product and process performance.

    • Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing.

    • Have experience in leading/managing cross-functional teams as needed to help resolve issues

    • Process management and leadership skills.

    • Develop and direct quality programs and staff as required

    • Assist in developing quality control processes to meet needs of customers

    Qualifications

    + Must be driven, organized and detail oriented.

    + Must be able to solve problems, have strong communication and follow through skills, be highly organized, and be a self-starter.

    + Strong blueprint reading skills, metrology skills, and mechanical aptitude are required.

    + Proficient in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.

    + Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.

     

    Education / Experience

     

    • Previous experience in management or supervision of a quality department strongly desired.

    • Degree in related field preferred.

    • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing / quality experience required.
