• Supply Chain Specialist

    We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to drive cost savings initiatives, lead supplier risk mitigation strategies and, overall, elevate the supply chain team! Does this sound like you?

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead formal supplier reviews and corrective action plans

    + Develop supplier risk mitigation strategies and sourcing strategies aligned with business goals

    + Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives through negotiation and efficiency improvements

    + Implement inventory reduction strategies (e.g., VMI, consignment)

    + Participate in SIOP planning

    + Own supplier scorecards and ensure data integrity in pricing, lead times, and compliance

    + Serve as a subject matter expert in cross-functional projects

    + Provide market insights and support engineering, sales, and operations

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials planning

    + Experience in regulated manufacturing environments

    + Strong multitasking, negotiation, and strategic sourcing skills

    + ERP/MRP experience (Epicor preferred)

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    + APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is preferred

    + Medical device industry background is preferred

    + Experience with supplier performance reviews and cost reduction initiatives

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00/hr.
