Supply Chain Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead production scheduling and materials planning at our Fremont facility. This role ensures efficient operations and on-time delivery by aligning production with customer demand and plant capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
+ Collaborate with operations, procurement, sales, and logistics to optimize production flow.
+ Utilize EPICOR ERP and Kanban systems for planning, reporting, and purchasing.
+ Manage vendor relationships, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
+ Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Support vendor qualification, cost reduction, and inventory optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
+ 4+ years of experience in production scheduling within a Lean Manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems (EPICOR preferred) and strong analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
+ CPM or CPIM certification is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
