• Oracle Cloud/Hyperion Financial Consultant

    Aston Carter (Menomonee Falls, WI)


    Responsibilities

    + Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud EPM, with a focus on FCC and Hyperion HFM.

    + Assist in building and optimizing financial reports and consolidations within Oracle Cloud.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues within FCC, ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes.

    + Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders to increase system adoption and self-sufficiency.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, IT, and operations teams to align reporting and planning processes.

    + Evaluate current system usage and recommend improvements or enhancements.

    + Support the team in understanding and leveraging EDM capabilities.

    + Act as a critical thinker and problem solver, capable of working independently and proactively identifying solutions.

    + Help assess the long-term need for this role and contribute to building internal capabilities.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous Hyperion HFM / Oracle Cloud consulting experience.

    + Proven experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, particularly FCC, PBC, and EDM.

    + Strong background in Hyperion HFM, including report building and system administration.

    + Financial analysis and modeling.

    + Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    + Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus.

    + Experience working in a project-based or consulting capacity is preferred.

    + Experience with ERP systems integrated with Oracle Cloud EPM.

    + Prior experience in a system administrator role or supporting EPM solutions post-implementation.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is primarily onsite. For the ideal candidate, there may be the possibility of offering a day or two remote work once they are fully trained and caught up with processes and procedures. However, the position is predominantly onsite.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
