    Job Description

    This Planner role involves assisting in maintaining data accuracy, managing inventory needs, and ensuring seamless production processes. The position requires a balance of computer-based work and physical tasks within a warehouse setting, coordinating with various teams to maintain productivity and meet demand.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.

    + Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.

    + Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.

    + Execute on various purchase order in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports.

    + Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.

    + Coordinate directly with warehouse teams, assisting with Kanban processes.

    + Utilize Jira system to pre-emptively backfill kits ensuring pipeline readiness.

    + Carry and inspect full kits of products for specific work orders.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3+ years of planning experience and familiarity with inventory management systems, particularly SAP or similar systems.

    + Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, index matching, or vlookups.

    + Strong data analysis skills to review stock levels and determine order needs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.

    + Highly organized and self-starting, with proficiency in business software such as Excel.

    + Flexible and adaptable to change, possessing good written and oral communication skills.

    + Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

    Work Environment

    This role requires 100% onsite presence with two shift options: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (4-10 hours) from 4pm to 2:30am, or Wednesday to Saturday (4-10 hours) with the same hours. The position is based in Kirkland, WA, with the possibility of changes in location, requiring flexibility between different sites. The role includes standing for potentially the whole shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and involves bending, stooping, and twisting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.20/hr.
