We are seeking a strategic and experienced Market Access Manager to lead initiatives that secure coverage, reimbursement, and pricing for innovative medical devices. This role requires deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare reimbursement landscape, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of success in market access, pricing, and payer engagement within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute market access strategies to secure favorable coverage and reimbursement.
+ Engage with commercial payers, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid MCOs, PBMs, and IDNs.
+ Lead the development of value-based and outcomes-based reimbursement models.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, and HEOR teams.
+ Translate payer feedback into actionable strategies to overcome access barriers.
+ Support the creation of health economic evidence and payer-facing materials.
+ Ensure compliance with CMS and private payer regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or health economics within the healthcare, medical device, or digital health sectors.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Proven success in payer strategy, contract negotiation, and reimbursement policy development.
+ Strong understanding of DME reimbursement and healthcare market dynamics.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
+ Ability to work independently in a remote setting and travel as needed (25–50%).
Preferred (Nice to Have) Qualifications
+ Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PhD, RN).
+ Experience in physical medicine, neurology, orthopedics, or at-home medical devices.
+ Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
+ Experience in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments.
+ Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience.
+ Project management and process development skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr.
