Job Title: Senior AccountantJob Description
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and reconciling complex balance sheet accounts across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring all entries are properly supported and compliant with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working within various ERP systems and will utilize FloQast to manage and track account reconciliations as part of the month-end close process.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and reconcile complex balance sheet accounts across multiple entities and currencies.
+ Ensure all journal entries are properly supported and compliant with accounting standards.
+ Utilize FloQast or Blackline to manage and track account reconciliations during the month-end close process.
+ Work proficiently within ERP systems such as Deltek, BST, Oracle, and SAP.
+ Create pivot tables and perform Vlookups in Excel to support accounting processes.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience reconciling balance sheet accounts.
+ 5+ years of journal entries experience.
+ 5+ years of experience working within a multi-entity/company environment.
+ Proficiency in FloQast or Blackline.
+ Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
+ Proficiency within ERP systems like Deltek, BST, Oracle, and SAP.
+ Ability to create pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with BST or Vantagepoint.
+ Experience with multi-currency accounting.
+ Familiarity with the civil engineering industry.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote and candidates must be based in the EST or Central time zone. The role offers flexibility and the potential to transition into a full-time position, though this is not guaranteed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $52.00/hr.
