Position Overview:
Are you passionate about solving complex supply chain challenges and driving operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to lead strategic planning initiatives, optimize production workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional results.
This role is central to implementing advanced supply chain planning technologies and streamlining processes. You will oversee critical planning functions including finite production scheduling, material requirements planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and working capital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain finite production schedules and material requirements plans
+ Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure executable supply plans
+ Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to balance service levels and capital
+ Participate in S&OP processes to align supply with demand and business goals
+ Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps through scenario planning
+ Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
+ Leverage data and analytics to generate optimized supply plans
+ Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory turns, and supplier delivery
+ Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, processes, and data quality
+ Support new product introductions with integrated supply planning
Required Qualifications:
+ 1+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related field
+ Strong understanding of advanced planning and replenishment strategies
+ Proven problem-solving and process improvement skills
+ Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
+ Experience leading cross-functional projects
+ Proficiency in supply chain tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
+ Skilled in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
+ Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $52.00/hr.
