    Job Title: Risk Management Analyst

    Job Description

    As a Risk Management Analyst, you will support clients in the development and deployment of solutions that bolster strategic initiatives. You will utilize your commercial, private sector, and DoD industry experience to coordinate with small businesses and non-traditional defense vendors, finding innovative technology solutions for DoD requirements. Your role will involve researching and designing innovative experiences for digital commerce using market-leading platforms. Additionally, you will design, develop, and deliver training and reference guidance, assess the completeness and validity of imputed costs and Heritage Assets, and conduct presentations and papers for client personnel. You will interface and communicate with clients both remotely and in person.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and deploy solutions supporting strategic initiatives.

    + Leverage experience with commercial, private sector, and DoD industries.

    + Find innovative technology solutions for DoD requirements.

    + Research and design innovative digital commerce experiences using market-leading platforms.

    + Design, develop, and deliver training and reference guidance.

    + Assess completeness and validity of imputed costs and Heritage Assets.

    + Conduct presentations and papers for client personnel.

    + Interface and communicate with clients remotely and/or in person.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with OMB A-123, risk management, and internal controls is a must.

    + Ability to articulate business processes.

    + 3+ years of experience in audit/risk analysis for government agencies, logistics management, internal audit, and risk analysis.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + US Citizenship due to the nature of the contract.

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences, Communications, Government and Public Administration, or related field.

    + At least four years of experience in A-123, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC), Business Strategy, Transformational Change Management, Business Process Reengineering, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Process Analysis.

    + Experience with Visio for flowchart development.

    + Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.

    + Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.

    + Knowledge of DoD's heritage assets.

    Work Environment

    This position operates Monday through Friday during normal East Coast business hours and is based on-site at the DLA in Richmond, VA. The analyst will work within a small team of three, reporting to a Senior Manager.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr.
