    We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic cardiology office. Under the supervision of the provider, the Medical Assistant will be responsible for rooming patients, triage, vital signs, and utilizing the EPIC EMR system. Occasionally, front desk duties may be required to cover office needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Room patients and assist with triage.

    + Monitor and record vital signs.

    + Utilize the EPIC EMR system effectively.

    + Perform manual blood pressure measurements.

    + Provide excellent customer service.

    + Verify insurance information.

    + Ensure high standards of patient care.

    Essential Skills

    + Certification in medical assisting.

    + Proficiency in EPIC EMR system.

    + Experience in a cardiology office.

    + Ability to conduct manual blood pressure checks.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    Work Environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
