    As the Corporate Director of Patient Services, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing and elevating the quality, safety, and effectiveness of clinical services across all agency locations. This is a high-impact role for a visionary RN who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

     

    •Key Responsibilities

    + Lead daily clinical operations to ensure exceptional, patient-centered care.

    + Guide the strategic planning and development of agency-wide clinical services.

    + Champion policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Implement evidence-based clinical models and best practices.

    + Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

    + Recruit, mentor, and support top-tier clinical leadership and staff.

    + Collaborate with Business Development to expand community outreach and access to care.

    + Drive staff development through innovative training and education programs.

    + Represent the agency on internal and external committees to advance organizational goals.

    •What You Bring

    + Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Connecticut.

    + Proven leadership in homecare or community health settings.

    + Deep understanding of nursing standards, healthcare regulations, and performance improvement.

    + Strong knowledge of compliance with state, federal, and accrediting bodies.

    + Passion for mentoring, team-building, and delivering high-quality care.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
