    Job Title: Clinician

    Job Description

    Provide a full continuum of therapeutic and clinical services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings throughout Berkshire County. Services include risk assessment, crisis intervention, in-home therapy, family support, and individual and group psychotherapy.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and crisis interventions.

    + Provide in-home therapy and family support services.

    + Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions.

    + Manage case and care management responsibilities.

    + Offer outpatient services focused on behavioral health and addiction.

    Essential Skills

    + Eligibility for licensure in Social Work (LCSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC).

    + Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or other human-services concentration.

    + Proficiency in case management, care management, and healthcare.

    + Crisis management experience.

    + Open to entry-level candidates.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in outpatient settings is beneficial.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Work Environment

    Work in an outpatient clinic setting with a focus on children and adults dealing with behavioral health and addiction. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Enjoy a supportive work environment offering 7 weeks of PTO and full benefits.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

     

    7 Weeks PTO, accruing from 1st day of work, health, vision, dental 401, with 3% match, work life balance
