    Job Title: Manager of Program Management

    Job Description

    As a Manager of Project Management, you will oversee the execution of projects by managing both internal and external resources, including third parties and vendors, to ensure successful project completion. You will be responsible for delivering all projects on time, within scope, and within budget by developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. You will track progress through detailed project plans and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage internal and external resources, including third parties and vendors, for project execution.

    + Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    + Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.

    + Ensure resource availability and allocation.

    + Develop detailed project plans to track progress.

    + Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

    + Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

    Essential Skills

    + Engineering background .

    + Experience in project management and project engineering.

    + CapEx Project Management Experience.

    + Manufacturing background .

    + Skills in project planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

    + Vendor management skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 5-7 years of experience in managing projects.

    + Experience managing projects of $5+ Million.

    + Proficiency in project performance systems, tools, and techniques.

    + Familiarity with verification techniques to manage project scopes, schedules, and costs.

    + Knowledge of comprehensive project documentation.

    + Ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.

    + Ability to coordinate people and processes to ensure desired results.

    + Knowledge of business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $65.00/hr.
