    Job Title: QA/QC TechnicianJob Description

     

    As a QA/QC Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of products through rigorous testing and inspection processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with internal quality system and inventory control audits.

    + Inspect, document, and process inbound shipments for any damage.

    + Conduct quality assurance testing of raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.

    + Perform sample inspections during the production process.

    + Support the Quality Manager in developing and implementing the QA/QC plan.

    + Undertake other job duties as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance.

    + Familiarity with laboratory procedures and manufacturing processes.

    + Understanding of chemistry and biology principles.

    + Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.

    + Knowledge of ISO-9001 or similar quality systems.

    + Strong inspection and data entry skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry is a plus.

    + Experience in quality roles can substitute for formal education.

    + ISO-9001 experience is highly preferred.

    + Epicor ERP system experience is highly preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
