    Job Title: Senior Lab Analyst

    Job Description

    The Sr. Lab Analyst will perform laboratory duties following approved methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role involves completing training assignments to meet JDF and ISO/IEC requirements, assisting with ordering and tracking laboratory supplies, maintaining an effective training verification program, participating in internal audits, and cross-training in all positions within the laboratory to ensure coverage.

    Responsibilities

    + Execute laboratory duties in accordance with approved methods and SOPs.

    + Perform weekly tasks and complete training assignments to comply with JDF and ISO/IEC standards.

    + Assist in ordering and tracking laboratory supplies.

    + Maintain an effective training verification program.

    + Participate in internal audits.

    + Cross-train in all laboratory positions to ensure adequate coverage.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in microbiology.

    + Quality control experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in a food laboratory.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is centered around laboratory operations, requiring adherence to safety standards and protocols. The role involves collaboration with various laboratory positions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all laboratory processes to provide necessary coverage.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
