• Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
+ Circuit Design & Analysis: Ability to interpret, design, and troubleshoot complex electrical circuits used in aerospace-grade systems.
+ Test Automation & Programming (LABVIEW/NI): Experience developing automated test procedures and tools using National Instruments software platforms.
+ Familiarity with Aerospace Standards (AS9100, MIL-STD, NASA): Understanding of quality systems and compliance requirements for aerospace and defense applications.
• What You’ll Do:
As a Test Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in the quality and reliability of our electromechanical systems. Reporting to the QC Supervisor and working closely with Manufacturing Management, your responsibilities will include:
+ Designing, developing, and maintaining test and production equipment.
+ Creating and updating test documentation and procedures.
+ Performing functional, performance, and reliability testing on sensors, potentiometers, and other electronic components.
+ Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in electromechanical assemblies.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and MIL-STD standards.
+ Analyzing test data and recommending design or process improvements.
+ Supporting calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
+ Participating in design reviews and contributing to product testability and manufacturability.
• What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.
+ 2–5 years of experience in quality, test, or production engineering.
+ Strong background in circuit design and analysis.
+ Hands-on experience with LABVIEW/NI programming.
+ Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Systems, MIL-STD, and NASA/Space requirements.
+ Proficiency in using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers).
+ Mechanical and electrical aptitude with a passion for problem-solving.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
