    Work Schedule: Day Shift (Hybrid – In-office Mon, Tue, Thu / Remote Wed & Fri)

     

    Pay Rate: $58/hr – $63/hr

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced EHS Manager of Strategy & Continuous Improvement for a hybrid contract opportunity based in Lithia, FL. This role is critical in aligning Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions with enterprise-wide strategic priorities, streamlining operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.     Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and manage a globally aligned EHS Strategy in partnership with EHS leadership.

    + Oversee the creation and maintenance of KPI tracking systems to ensure strategic goals and metrics are achieved.

    + Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

    + Lead process improvement initiatives and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

    + Design and implement change management strategies to support EHS program rollouts and cultural transformation.

    + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Transformation and Corporate Strategy.

    + Ensure effective dissemination of information and training development for key EHS initiatives.

    + Support the broader EHS Assurance and Governance functions with strategic input and operational support.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

    + 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operations, Project Management, or Management Systems.

    + Structured problem-solving certification or training (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent).

    + Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking, change management, and cross-functional leadership.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with EHS platforms (e.g., SAP, BI, Intelex).

    + Skilled in statistical evaluation tools such as Minitab or JMP.

    + Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

    + Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
