We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler Technician with expertise in testing electronic components to the board level. The role involves performing bench tests, troubleshooting, repairing, and assembling electronic equipment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of electronic troubleshooting and repair theory, particularly AC/DC. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of using blueprints and schematics effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct tests on electronic components to the board level.
+ Perform bench testing, troubleshooting, repair, and assembly of electronic equipment.
+ Apply knowledge of electronic troubleshooting and repair theory (AC/DC).
+ Utilize blueprints and schematics in assembly and repair processes.
+ Work alongside a technician to assemble and occasionally repair products.
+ Handle extremely small components in assembly procedures.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3-5 years of experience in electrical assembly to the component level.
+ High school degree required; technical school training and degree preferred.
+ Soldering experience with JSTD or IPC610 certification preferred.
+ Wire harness assembly experience is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Technical school training and degree preferred.
+ Experience with soldering and electrical testing.
+ Familiarity with production processes.
Work Environment
The work environment is a clean production assembly setting that is friendly and relaxed, yet production-driven. Quality is paramount, with inspection checks conducted at all phases of production.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
