    We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Quality Supervisor to join our team on the 3rd shift. This position requires flexibility with working hours, primarily from 11 pm to 7:30 am, Sunday through Friday, with Saturday and one other day off. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our packaging process, particularly during our busy holiday season.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and oversee the packaging quality within a food manufacturing facility.

    + Train employees on quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

    + Implement and maintain quality assurance standards, following SOPs.

    + Work with Microsoft programs to manage quality data and reporting.

    + Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality control and compliance.

    + Support the sanitation team with machinery maintenance and cleanliness.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.

    + Strong background in training and developing employees.

    + Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement and quality standards.

    + Proficiency in following SOPs and using Microsoft programs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with SQF and HACCP is a plus.

    + Knowledge of OSHA standards and GMPs.

    + Ability to manage production lines and oversee direct reports in a food and beverage manufacturing setting.

    Work Environment

    Our facility operates multiple production lines in a bakery environment, utilizing large mixers and ovens. The machinery requires regular sanitation, presenting unique challenges for the team.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

     

    Direct placement role. Benefits will be provided at candidates request or by the client upon start of candidate.
