    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Bath, ME. In this role, you will operate a large production mixing machine, ensuring efficient and precise mixing processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and manage a large production mixing machine.

    + Measure materials accurately according to work instructions.

    + Load and unload materials efficiently.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues with the machine.

    + Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure quality production.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, machine operation, or general labor.

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.

    + Strong English skills in reading, writing, and speaking.

    + Excellent attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior manufacturing or labor experience of at least 6 months.

    + Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment around 50 degrees.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is set within a large open production line that is temperature-controlled to around 50 degrees, ensuring comfort throughout the shift. While some areas may be colder, this role will remain in the designated temperature zone.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bath, Maine.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
