    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers, where you will operate and manage packaging machinery in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a smooth production line.

     

    Weekend Shift

     

    6am-7:30p F,Sat,Sun

     

    Pay is $19.05

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate packaging machinery including auto packagers, cutters, and fillers.

    + Adjust hoses, blades, and add new film and roles to machinery as needed.

    + Input orders and runs into the computer system.

    + Manage and unclog machine jams efficiently.

    + Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards.

    + Operate machinery that fills, cuts, seals, and packages sauce packets and containers.

    + Connect hoses to tankers and fillers.

    + Climb ladders and work at heights as required.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 year of GMP experience.

    + 1 year of packaging experience.

    + 1 year of manufacturing experience.

    + Ability to lift 40 lbs. individually.

    + Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual skills are a plus.

    + Experience with blending and batch mixing is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a very clean and temperature-controlled facility equipped with packaging machinery, kettles/tanks for mixing, and inventory. The environment may be warmer around machinery and kettles, but it is a pleasant workspace with a good aroma. Employees are required to wear hairnets, beard nets, work pants, and non-slip boots, adhering to GMP standards.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broadview, Illinois.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.85 - $18.85/hr.
