    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are currently seeking dedicated production workers to join our team across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers excellent opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, and attractive benefits starting from day one.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with team members to lift products, ensuring not to exceed 40 pounds individually.

    + Remain on your feet throughout the shift while performing consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.

    + Read a tape measurer accurately and utilize various tools, demonstrating mechanical aptitude.

    + Assist operators in checking product quality, monitoring production, and achieving KPIs.

    + Work from bills of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions for product assembly.

    + Use computers to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.

    + Lay out final products and perform final assembly, conducting inspections to ensure quality.

    + Maintain an organized work station and adhere to safety regulations.

    + Inspect product quality and be trained in different manufacturing processes.

    Essential Skills

    + One year of machine operating experience.

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    + Proficient in using hand and power tools.

    + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Trade school

    + Automotive experience.

    + Assembly experience.

    + Ability to read blueprints.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
