Job Title:** **Heavy Equipment Operator – Scraper
**Pay:** $22–$28/hour, based on experience
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, start between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Weekend overtime may be available.
Job Description
We’re hiring experienced scraper operators for a large data center project near Lincoln. You’ll operate either a traditional tractor and pan or a CAT 627 Belly scraper. Our fleet includes brand-new tracked Challengers and non-tracked New Holland tractors. Once the scraper work is complete, there will be opportunities to operate dozers, excavators, track loaders, motor graders, front-end loaders, and skid steers.
Responsibilities
+ Operate heavy equipment, including scrapers, dozers, excavators, track loaders, front-end loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers.
+ Perform grading, earthworks, excavation, and trenching.
+ Utilize GPS for civil site operations.
+ Conduct fine grading and other earthmoving tasks.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of experience operating a scraper.
+ Proficiency in dozers, excavators, and track loaders.
Additional Qualifications
+ Experience with motor graders and front-end loaders is a plus.
+ OSHA 10 certification will be provided.
Work Environment
+ Located within 20 miles of Lincoln, primarily south/southeast of the city.
+ Work conducted at commercial job sites.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
