    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform industrial machinery maintenance, specializing in hydraulic/pneumatic equipment and conveyors. The role involves electrical maintenance, including working with sensors and 3-phase motors. You will be responsible for using computers and software programs to accurately document and coordinate procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, and cooling tunnels.

    + Install new equipment and troubleshoot repair issues.

    + Break down machinery for cleaning and perform preventative maintenance.

    + Maintain building and grounds as needed.

    + Follow instructions and blueprints accurately.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with PLC, conveyor systems, and industrial maintenance.

    + Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

    + Proficiency in machine maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

    + Ability to perform repairs and preventative maintenance.

    + Capability to read and interpret blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must be able to handle a fast-moving environment.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility is very clean, and you will be provided with hair/beard nets and a smock. No gum or jewelry is permitted on the production floor. The main shift is from 10pm to 6am, Monday night to Saturday morning, with overtime often required on Friday nights. Additional shifts include a 5am-5pm Saturday/Sunday/Monday shift and a 12:15pm-8:45pm afternoon shift.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
