Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
This role involves organizing and facilitating maintenance for production and facility equipment, focusing on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting. You will work on programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics, using electrical test equipment as needed for repair and troubleshooting. Additional duties include repairing and rebuilding electrical and mechanical components, installation, modification, and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules, and performing preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
+ Organize and facilitate maintenance for production and facility equipment.
+ Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
+ Work with programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
+ Use electrical test equipment for repair and troubleshooting.
+ Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
+ Install, modify, and fabricate equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance.
+ Work on various equipment including conveyors, hydraulics, starters, motors, pumps, and more.
+ Handle tasks across the facility, including maintenance of toilets, forklifts, and other machinery/appliances.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, motors, pumps, and starters.
+ Proficiency in electrical tasks (70%) and mechanical tasks (30%).
+ Experience with 3-phase, up to 1000V motors.
+ Strong PLC troubleshooting experience.
+ Must have own tools.

+ Heavy PLC experience.
+ Troubleshooting VFD and PLCs.
+ Diagnosing and repairing PLCs.
+ Plumbing, automation, installation, mechanical repair.
+ Preventative and corrective maintenance.
+ Robotics and facilities maintenance.
+ Maintenance mechanic, wiring, machine repair.
+ Industrial repair, mechanical maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled plant that processes and bends metal, and applies coil coatings. The facility can become very hot in the summer due to machinery and weather conditions. The maintenance team consists of 10 people, working closely with a larger team of 50 onsite. Shift hours are 7 am to 4 pm with no overtime initially during training; expect at least 10 hours of overtime weekly once direct. Flexibility is required as hours increase. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, work shirt, and provided PPE. The facility is older, requiring problem-solving skills for equipment repair.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
