    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team for the overnight shift, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Reporting to the Overnight Manager, you will be responsible for dispatching manifests, confirming orders, and managing inventory flow.

    Responsibilities

    + Generate manifests for dispatch and confirm customer or stock orders.

    + Interpret various warehouse documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

    + Open cartons, sort merchandise, and relocate items from receiving or production areas to designated areas.

    + Organize and place merchandise on racks, shelves, totes, or bins according to a pre-determined sequence.

    + Prepare products for distribution within facilities.

    + Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets, shelves, or conveyors for packing or shipping.

    + Arrange stock parts in a specified sequence for assembly by other workers.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, picking, packing, shipping, and stocking.

    + Proficiency in using an RF Scanner.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must be willing to walk at a fast pace for 8-12 hours per day.

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds independently for potentially 8-12 hours per day.

    + Comfortable with heights as tasks may involve using a 12ft staircase ladder.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in a warehouse environment where work is tracked individually but completed as part of a team. The facility is non-climate controlled. Please note that cellphones, smart watches, or other electronics are not permitted in the warehouse.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
