Job Description

Seeking a skilled Stick welder on the iron working side for this company based in Dallastown, PA. All new construction commercial and industrial work including warehouses and quarries. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Stick Welding experience in structural steel and iron working. Must be comfortable traveling out of town and having expenses paid for.

_*Typical schedule is Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm. Friday and Saturday will count as weekend work, offering an additional $6/hour on top of your shop rate.*_

Pay Incentives

+ $5/hour extra an hour if working out of town.

+ $6/hour extra an hour if working weekends.

+ $35/day per diem.

+ Hotels are paid for fully by the company.

+ Overtime pay after 8 hours in a shift.

Responsibilities

+ Weld miscellaneous metals including stairs, railings, ladders, loose lintels, and various steel components.

+ Work with materials such as carbon steel and processed pipes.

+ Perform layout using drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions.

+ Read and interpret measuring tools accurately to 1/16” and/or 1 mm as required.

+ Operate welding machines and demonstrate proficiency in MIG, stick, and TIG welding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $54.00/hr.
