Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment? We’re looking for a Parts Clerk to support our endoscope repair operations—an essential role that keeps our technicians equipped and our service running smoothly.

• What You’ll Do

As a Parts Clerk, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory operations. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Inspecting incoming parts for quality and accuracy.

+ Logging and tracking parts in our inventory system.

+ Reporting discrepancies and ensuring all parts meet specifications.

+ Maintaining optimal stock levels and conducting regular audits.

+ Supporting technicians by ensuring they have the right parts at the right time.

• What You Bring

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience in inventory, parts management, or a similar role (technical/repair environment preferred).

+ Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Excel) and Microsoft Office.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Familiarity with RF scanners, cycle counts, kitting, and data entry is a plus.

• Bonus Points For

+ Certifications or coursework in inventory management.

+ Experience with parts inventory in a repair or manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
