We are seeking a skilled construction workers to assist with installation of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), including electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical installation. The role requires ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. You will collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of other aspects of the ADU project.

Responsibilities

+ Install of ADUs, including electrical, plumbing, AND/OR mechanical components

+ Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

+ Collaborate with construction professionals for seamless integration of systems.

+ Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

+ 2-3 years of construction experience.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Ability to travel throughout California

The work environment primarily consists of residential backyards, requiring work outside in various weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
