    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    As a Warehouse Associate, you will operate a stand-up forklift and follow batch sheets to pull raw materials from the warehouse, loading them into machines. You'll handle both dry materials and chemical totes, connecting hoses from tanks to totes. You will document the weight of materials loaded into the machines using an HMI screen. Additionally, you will be cross-trained in the tanker area, where you will climb onto tanker trucks to attach hoses and record all received weights in the system.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate a stand-up forklift to transport raw materials.

    + Follow batch sheets to pull and load materials into machines.

    + Handle and connect hoses for chemical totes.

    + Document material weights using HMI screens.

    + Cross-train in the tanker area for hose attachment and weight documentation.

    Essential Skills

    + 3 years of stand-up forklift experience.

    + 2 years of experience utilizing an RF Scan Gun.

    + Ability to comfortably lift 60 lbs consistently.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in batching, chemical handling, and machine operation.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a brand new, well-lit facility equipped with state-of-the-art machines. The blending department is transitioning to 4 ten-hour shifts within a month, offering flexibility in scheduling. Be prepared to work mandatory overtime, with shifts spanning 55 to 60 hours a week. Training will occur on the first shift from Monday to Friday, and half-days on Saturday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
