    + **** **Sun- Thurs 8am- 4pm OR Tuesday- Saturday 8am- 4pm**

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician with a focus on mechanical and electrical skills. The role involves servicing ice machines and restaurant equipment, including carbonated and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. Technicians work independently and attend weekly meetings at their Service Center. You'll be equipped with a company vehicle, uniforms, tools, a cell phone, and a gas card, and receive dispatched service calls to client sites. Technicians perform preventative maintenance primarily at convenience store locations such as 7-Eleven, focusing on ICEE and soda machines. The role requires frequent travel to client sites and interaction with customers in Salt Lake City.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnose service problems to repair equipment as needed.

    + Ensure the quality of all products by checking syrup levels, changing flavors, and cleaning around machines.

    + Engage face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service and building confidence in equipment usage.

    + Drive more than 40% of the time to various client sites for equipment servicing.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Basic mechanical and electrical skills.

    + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and installation.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

    + Experience with small mechanical sub-assemblies installation is a plus.

    + Comfortable using touch screen devices such as tablets and smartphones.

    + Graduate of Technical or Vocational School is a plus.

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    + Ability to lift 55 lbs or more regularly, with occasional lifting over 70 lbs.

    + Must have excellent communication skills
