    Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for organization and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our procurement and inventory operations.

     

    • What You’ll Do

     

    As a Parts Clerk, you’ll be the go-to person for managing parts and materials—from vendor communication to inventory tracking. Your day-to-day will include:

     

    + Coordinating with vendors to get quotes, confirm orders, and resolve any issues.

    + Creating and managing purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.

    + Keeping detailed records of inventory, deliveries, and backorders.

    + Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely parts fulfillment.

    + Monitoring stock levels and reordering to avoid shortages.

    + Verifying incoming shipments and handling returns or warranty claims.

    + Supporting audits and generating reports related to purchasing and inventory.

    •** **What You Bring

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or coursework in supply chain/business is a plus!)

    + 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or parts management.

    + Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.

    + Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

    + Excellent communication—both written and verbal.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

    + A customer-first mindset and sharp attention to detail.

    + Location: On-site at our HQ Parts Room in Davie, Florida.

    + Type: Contract to Hire– with the potential to grow into a permanent role.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
