    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician on a direct hire basis. The position is available for 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday with overtime as needed, 45-50 hours per week) and a Split Shift (12pm/1pm start time). You will work in a large metal fabrication environment, which can be loud and dirty at times. As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, ensuring optimal operation.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, such as rolling equipment, laser cutting equipment, large brake press (60ft long), and other metal fabrication equipment.

    + Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including understanding pressure, installing cylinders, repairing and troubleshooting pumps, and replacing hydraulic filters.

    + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480V 3 phase systems.

    + Utilize blueprints for mechanical repairs.

    + Utilize and read schematics for electrical repairs and machine wiring.

    + Primarily work independently, with occasional small team collaboration based on repair needs.

    Essential Skills

    + 4+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience.

    + Proficient electrical experience with 480V 3 phase systems, including troubleshooting, rewiring machines, replacing wires using schematics, and termination.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and repair using electrical schematics.

    + Understanding of hydraulic systems, with basic repair and troubleshooting skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with hydraulic systems, including installing full hydraulic systems, installing cylinders, understanding and checking pressure, repairing hydraulic pumps, and changing filters.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and repair using hydraulic fluid circuit diagrams.

    + Knowledge of hydraulic press, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic equipment, hydraulic repairs, hydraulics maintenance, preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, Allen-Bradley, pneumatics, servomotor, servo drives, servo valves, thermodynamics, hydraulic dynamics, fabrication, HVAC, and AC/DC motor.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
