Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain machinery, ensuring efficient production processes. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into the production line, monitoring machines, and visually inspecting materials as they are processed.

Responsibilities

+ Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery.

+ Load raw material into the production line.

+ Monitor machine and visually inspect material during processing.

+ Report any issues to team lead.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Adjust machinery as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in machine operation.

+ Ability to load machines efficiently.

+ Knowledge of production processes.

+ Experience in mechanical assembly.

+ Mechanical inclination.

+ Experience in banding and packaging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Forklift experience is a plus.

+ Clamp truck experience is beneficial.

+ Quality inspection skills are advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic, with a great culture where everyone collaborates. It can be loud and hot, but the facility is equipped with large fans for improved airflow. Steel toe or composite toe shoes are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
