Job Title: Process Technician
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Injection Molding Process Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of injection molding machines and related equipment. You will play a vital role in monitoring and enhancing the molding process to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Set up injection molding machines and related equipment for efficient and safe operations.
+ Monitor the molding process to ensure it meets quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
+ Identify and resolve issues with the molding process, such as inconsistent material or faulty equipment.
+ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and minimize scrap.
+ Maintain detailed records of processes, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
+ Provide technical support and training to other team members and operators.
Essential Skills
+ 3 years of hands-on processing and troubleshooting of plastic injection molding equipment.
+ Familiarity with mold design best practices and large part injection molding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in plastic injection molding, mold setting, and mold setup.

Work Environment
Work in a plastic injection automotive plant that is relatively clean for an automotive facility. The environment is non-temperature controlled and can be loud.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.
