    Job Title: Facility HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    The position entails performing service work and repairs on HVAC equipment, diagnosing issues, and executing necessary repairs. Technicians will be required to work on rooftops and within the facility, involving climbing ladders and using lifts. The role is full-time, offering 40 hours a week, with shifts available from 2 PM to 10:30 PM and 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues.

    + Execute necessary repairs following diagnosis.

    + Work on rooftops and within the facility.

    + Climb ladders and use lifts to access equipment.

    + Read and interpret blueprints for installation and repair.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service.

    + State Certified Journeyman card holder or equivalent certification proving 8 years of experience.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and making repairs.

    + Experience working on RTUs, chillers, water towers or cooling towers, VFDs, and boilers.

    + EPA Certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with chilled water systems, cooling towers, and boiler repair.

    + Competency in preventive maintenance and air conditioning systems.

    + Knowledge of sheet metal work.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr.
