Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Electricians to join our team. The role involves assisting with the assembly, installation, wiring, and testing of electrical equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in electrical work to grow and advance through various levels of expertise.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with the assembly, installation, wiring, and testing of electrical equipment.

+ Connect wiring and equipment according to code and job specifications.

+ Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and hanging.

+ Install light fixtures and switches.

+ Maintain a good working knowledge of hand tools.

+ Communicate effectively and demonstrate good listening skills.

+ Ensure general cleanliness of the work area.

+ Adhere to safety standards and follow local, state, and federal regulations.

+ Perform additional tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Basic safety knowledge.

+ Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

+ Knowledge and use of electrical hand tools.

+ Understanding of electrical materials such as boxes, conduit, fittings, fasteners, wire, and devices.

+ Ability to bend conduit in various sizes.

+ Knowledge of electrical theory and terms.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and symbols.

+ Understanding of electrical codes and installation practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of lighting systems, basic fire alarm, voice & data systems.

+ Experience with overcurrent protection devices like breakers, fuses, disconnects, and panels.

+ Ability to read, interpret, and execute blueprint drawings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
