Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.

+ Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, or process documentation.

+ Experience in stakeholder management.

+ Ability to work collaboratively on a team, be adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment, and manage performing priorities.

+ Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.

+ Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.

+ Complete risk identification and risk assessment activities and mitigation plans (e.g., budget, schedule, resource, technical) in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk, and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives.

+ Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
