Basic Qualifications:

+ A minimum of2years’ General ManagerOR 1 year Hotel Managerexperience managing a property with $10M or greater in revenue and150rooms\.

+ Demonstrated ability to build andmaintaina positive team member culture\.

+ Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue\.

+ Ability to build andmaintainsuccessful ownership relationships and community partnerships\.

+ Performance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results\.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Hilton brand experience\.

+ Local market experience\.
