    Goal of the position

     

    The Division Human Resources Director serves as a strategic HR leader, guiding and supporting a global workforce of approximately 200 employees. In this key leadership role, the HR Director will partner closely with business leaders to align and implement a forward-thinking HR strategy that drives organizational success. Core areas of responsibility include workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design and effectiveness, employee development, and engagement. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented professional who can influence change and foster a high-performance culture across the division.

    Your Responsibilities:

    + Partner with the VPGM as part of a highly effective divisional leadership team to support the successful execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).

    + Build collaborative relationships with key departmental and functional leaders to understand current and future business challenges. Act as a strategic partner by aligning HR initiatives with organizational priorities.

    + Identify the talent and organizational implications of short and long term business goals and objectives and take proactive, measurable action to deliver results and mitigate anticipated risks.

    + Provides HR thought leadership and tactical support to ensure successful implementation and regular monitoring of global HR programs and processes.

    + Provides performance management guidance to all levels of supervisory and management staff to include coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary action.

    + Provides guidance and input on department restructures, change initiatives and talent development and succession.

    + Manages and administers the various HR functions such as recruitment & selection, compensation, training and development, employee relations, record keeping, payroll and compliance.

    + Additional duties and tasks as assigned.

    Position Requirements:

    Qualification & Experiences

    + Bachelor’s degree required in human resources, business or other relevant field.

    + 7+ years progressive HR experience with evidence of aligning HR strategy to business strategy.

    + Manufacturing experience preferred.

    + Multi-country HR leadership experience is also preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

    + Ability to travel up to 25% required (domestic and international).

Creates an environment of trust by acting with fairness and consistency, keeping commitments, and providing rationale for decisions. Non-political and non-bureaucratic manager, who through a consultative approach will gain the trust and respect of individuals at all levels.

    Compensation Information:

    Total base pay range from $150,000- $170,000.
