Job Description:

Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to work under a tight timeline. Responsible for working with both mid and senior-level business executives and IT personnel to refine and execute program requirements.

The successful candidate will have deep experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based business solutions. This position is responsible for planning, designing, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions/applications. The candidate will have significant knowledge in Dynamics CRM Best Practices, Entities/Tables, Workflows, configurations, Business Process Flows, Portals, custom development, integration development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, Power Automate, and CRM Solutions File Management.

The person will perform system administration, business and workflow process modeling, and business systems integration based on a high degree of knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics framework. This role will design and add code to the repository, troubleshoot system issues and perform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure MS Dynamics is optimized to meet business goals.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

+ Create and modify views, entities, reports in Dynamics in a Development Environment, test same and publish to Production

+ Create and update Dynamics Security Roles in the system and modify as needed.

+ Work with DIT staff on tenant level changes.

+ Work with DHHS staff on application specific issues encountered.

+ Create and modify Power Automate (Flows).

+ Support the connection to external applications if applicable

+ Ensure integrations have access to Production assets including CDS, PowerApps, Azure, and Exchange/O365.

+ Export solutions from Dev environments as managed and import into UAT and Production

Required Skills

+ Significant knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer 7 Years

+ Significant knowledge with Business Process Flows (BPFs), Workflows, Forms Customization, Views, and reports 7 Years

+ Significant knowledge with Business Units, Security Groups, Teams, Console Jobs, and CRM Administration 7 Years

+ Significant knowledge with Power Apps and Power Automate for systems integrations 7 Years

+ Experience in solution architecture, web application and/or implementation of CRM solutions including development and administration 5 Years

+ Experience in web resource capabilities within Dynamics CRM 5 Years

+ Dynamics 365 CRM data model with designing, creating, customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including innovative module solutions us 5 Years

+ setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM with O365 and SharePoint. 5 Years

+ CRM API, web services REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints 5 Years

+ reporting architecture, SSRS and/or Power BI 5 Years

+ various developer tools including XRMToolBox, Plug-ins, Ribbon Workbench, and REST Builder for API calls 5 Years

+ Troubleshoot Dynamics CRM errors and performance related issues 5 Years

Desired Skills

+ Azure AD and DevOps is preferable 3 Years
