We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our team in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do

As a Nurse Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire nursing and AMAP staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll serve as a mentor, clinical expert, and decision-maker—fostering excellence in care and promoting a collaborative, supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Supervising nursing and AMAP staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

+ Ensuring proper nursing standards and safe medication administration practices

+ Leading incident investigations and advocating for quality improvements

+ Participating in hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews

+ Responding to medical emergencies and providing direct nursing care as needed

+ Collaborating in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning

+ Supporting care coordination, communication, and compliance with agency standards

What You Bring

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Active NYS RN license (Required)

+ 3+ years of nursing experience (Pediatrics or Med/Surg a plus)

+ 2+ years of supervisory experience (Required)

+ Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (Preferred)

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
