We offer a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.
Position Description:
Serves as a key member of the ATI Business Development and Program Support team in direct support of company goals and objectives. Primary job duties involve utilizing communications skills to support the overall program objectives.
Essential Functions:
Oversees and supports any creative needs for Business Development.
+ Facilitates research to gain business intelligence and competitor intelligence as needed.
+ New Program Support: Initial program brand development which includes logo creation, website design and content creation, social media management, content creations and business cards.
+ Ongoing Program Support: Collateral Design and Content Creation (ie. Brochures, presentation folders, one-pagers, newsletter design and content creation, press release creation and dissemination, conference & tradeshow booth design, support for presentations and creation of PowerPoint presentations, read-ahead documents and tradeshow marketing (ie. Emails, flyers, giveaways).
+ Edits and proofreads corporate materials and electronic media to include: websites, newsletters, blogs, one-pagers and other materials to ensure message is coherent, metrics are up to date and brand strategy is effectively executed.
+ Manages corporate social media presence.
+ Acts as a Lead and supervises and directs the Communications Associates; sets priorities of work and adjusts assignments.
+ Develops the organization’s communication strategy for ATI.
+ Approves communications in support of ATI strategy.
+ Serves as lead on any written content to include communications, newsletters, blogs and advertisements.
+ Oversees the development, including management of resources, and publication of the ATI annual report.
+ Directs company graphics for websites and other materials.
+ Directs event coordination and represents ATI at events.
+ Coordinates press releases and communications efforts.
+ Determines sponsorships and memberships for ATI.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Oversees awards submissions process for ATI.
+ Provides general program support (surge pool).
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field and 5 years relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
+ Experience working in a marketing, advertising, design or corporate communications role.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
+ Strong graphic design skills are preferred.
+ Strong computer skills, including the MS Office suite required.
+ Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Expertise in web development including online communications, tools and techniques.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
+ Must provide examples of previous marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
+ Must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization, or a green card lawful U.S. permanent resident, or a political asylum in the U.S. Individual must meet the definition of a U.S. person upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position.

Anticipated starting salary is in range commensurate with education and experience: $90,000 to $95,000
