We’re looking for a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor to support our members and Mortgage Loan Originators by ensuring a smooth and accurate loan processing experience.     Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Key Responsibilities

    + Review and verify income, asset documentation, credit reports, title reports, and appraisals

    + Submit complete loan files to underwriting to meet closing and commitment deadlines

    + Communicate professionally with members, originators, real estate agents, and third-party vendors

    + Process various mortgage loan types: home equity, purchase, refinance, and construction

    + Support team members with pipeline management during absences

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for disclosures and changes

    + Manage workflow to meet lock expiration dates and approval timelines

    + Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and other channels

    Top Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

    + 2+ years of loan processing experience

    + Strong knowledge of real estate loan processing and underwriting requirements

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.69/hr.
